Liverpool Rd Enfield 2003

THICK AS A BRICK!

Stand and Deliver!!!

Does Laser Eye Surgery give you XRay vision? Cos your going to need it to see this sign,
although blind Freddy could see through this one.

RTA spoksman Ken Boys is quoted as saying:
"The sign is actually aimed at cars coming the other way, what you are looking at here is the back of the sign"

Well knock me down with a feather!!!

HOW MUCH DID THIS COST THE TAXPAYER?

WRONG Mr Boys!

The other side of this sign says
"End School Zone"

There are 2 Speed Cameras in this area within 1.2 Kilometers of each other and between them there is a Red Light Camera. Now this! No one could be as stupid as the person who said yes to putting this School Zone sign where it is placed. You could belt that person for an hour with a lump of 4x2 and they would not feel it.

The other side of the road. You wouldn't want to be in this lane
(3 shops away from the sign. Can you see it?)

No optical illusion...there it is in Black and White.
Some Durrrr actually did this!

If this is not revenue raising please tell me what it is. Unfortunately you have to keep your eyes on the road in this area as traffic is intense. Do you remember when we had to keep our eyes on the road while driving? These signs and graphically intense areas should be placed in the same category as eating and using mobile phones while driving they are a distraction - Come in SUCKER!

I just missed a parked delivery truck which totally obscured the whole sign.

Footpath obstruction. Stick a pole in the middle of the footpath...Durrrr I hope no one hurts themselves walking into that. Could be costly!

The wide open spaces a half to one block back. They could put signs in anywhere along there but people might see it and they would lose THE REVENUE!
